You can add lights to your Camry that is on a tow dolly, but there isn't a conversion kit or anything of the sort. The only thing that you can do is add tow bar wiring such as the Roadmaster Universal Hy-Power Diode Wiring Kit # RM-152, cutting off the 4-way from the tow dolly and connecting all of the wires inside a junction box like # 38656.

Since breakaway kits attach to only the 12 volt accessory circuit of the trailer wiring under normal circumstances and not the brake controller output circuit like what the brake controller is connected to there would be no backfeeding issue.
In the event of the breakaway kit getting activated and it putting 12 volts on the brake output circuit the trailer wiring would be at that point disconnected from the vehicle so again there wouldn't be any backfeeding.

The second scenario you mentioned of having a passenger get out and lower the racks so you could get in might be best. The center pin on the Tekonsha # 118265 will correspond to the reverse light circuit, which should activate any surge brake actuator that has an electric lockout feature and allow you to reverse the trailer without the brakes activating. The Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Brake Controller, # 90195 will go into sleep mode after several minutes of inactivity, but there isn't an "off" switch for this controller. The power draw when it is in the sleep mode is so negligible that it will not discharge the battery, so there's nothing to worry about in that respect.

We can help you out here as the instructions can be confusing. So when attaching the etrailer XHD Non-Binding Tow Bar # e94ZR to the etrailer Invisible Base Plate Kit # e98949 the hardware used are the pair of 1/2” bolts, four 1/2” poly washers and two 1/2” lock nuts.

The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 76138 is a great option for a 2016 Mazda CX-5. In regards to install, you don't need to worry about angles or measurements, it uses preexisting holes in the frame so the hard work is done for you. The hardware does need to be torqued to spec but you can either buy a torque wrench from us part # PTW3001C or rent one from your local auto parts store which is usually free. We can easily help with trailer wiring that fits your 2021 Toyota Venza to control the trailer lighting and brakes but you have to install a 4-way first like with the custom fit # C57ER, convert it to a 7-way with an adapter so that you can then wire in a brake controller.

I checked with Kuat, and they specify not to use any type of hitch extension or adapter with the Sherpa 2.0. So I can't recommend using one, but if you take a look at the dimensions I provided for the rack, you can see that the platform does have a good amount of rise from its shank. So unless you were going up a very steep driveway with a curb, for example, then there won't be any issues using it with your Tesla's Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver # 391TES317.

We do have an option that would work for you, but it will take a bit of finagling to make it work for you.
The turn signals on a trailer are combined on the same circuit as the brake lamps, so you'll need to use a vehicle to vehicle taillight converter like # 118158 to separate out the brake lamp signals so your side mounted directional/marker lamp doesn't illuminate with the brake pedal.

You can definitely wire the ports of the Diamond 12V Charging Station # DG61023VP in parallel. However, you will want to make sure the source you are using can handle the draw without tripping a circuit breaker. If it can, you are good to go. The circuits that feed the tow package/7-way trailer connector are all standard wiring, and aren't PWM. The only two circuits feeding the 7-way that are combined are the right turn and left turn circuit which also carry the brake light signal, is that what you're speaking of?
There are a couple of ways to get an unconverted brake lamp signal, however.
• You could tap into the third brake lamp on the back of the cab or on the tailgate, if your tailgate is so equipped.
